HOME STYLING TO STAY SERVICE
This service is ideal for homeowners who would like to improve the style of the home they are living in or for re-styling a rental property or holiday home without wanting to make structural alterations or major changes to existing furnishings.
The process and pricing
Classic Consultation: £150
I will visit your home for a 2-hour Property Styling Consultation and get to know you and your requirements and what style you would like to achieve. I can offer suggestions and advice around lighting, fabrics, furniture, accessories, layout, decoration, colour schemes and de-cluttering which you can undertake yourself or I can provide further support with.
Recommendation Report: £100 per room
After this visit, I can additionally provide you with an electronic room-by-room action plan checklist which will itemise cost effective improvements that can be made, tips and advice and suggested products with links.
If you would like hands-on help from me to implement the recommendations for you the cost of the recommendation report will be deducted from the final invoice, and we can agree a package that suits your needs.
Final Flourish Package: £200
4-hours of hands on help to ensure that your property is looking it’s absolute best.
Premier Property Package: £650
Classic Consultation, recommendation report, 6 hours hands on help to source, shop, declutter and organise Final Florish package.
